MP Incubation Program Associate

We're hiring a part-time Incubation Associate to join our team supporting local food entrepreneurs in West Oakland, Ashland, and across the East Bay. This role is rooted in hands-on support—helping to manage kitchen operations at our E14th Eatery + Kitchen food hall, providing mentorship and coaching, and fostering a collaborative, welcoming environment for early-stage food businesses. We’re especially looking for community members who are rooted in Oakland and bring confidence in navigating, overseeing, and maintaining a working kitchen. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about food, community, and economic equity. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside entrepreneurs of color who are shaping a more just and equitable Bay Area food industry.
